Qualifications

• Dealership experience and work history in heavy equipment repair.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to navigate electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Good computer skills including Cat ET, SIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand and uphold safety responsibilities and promote safe shop practices.
• Manage daily rental shop operations, assign work, schedule technicians and ensure workflow.
• Own WIP and monitor open work orders to keep units moving toward rent-ready status.
• Drive quick-turn performance for inbound rental returns to minimize downtime.
• Ensure accurate service reports, parts and core returns; coordinate with rental/product support teams.
• Oversee repairs, diagnostics and maintenance from minor to major.
• Perform rental check-in/out inspections and scope required repairs.
• Lead and coach team members on repair quality and medical standards (sic) and service levels.
