TPG Hotels & Resorts' lakeside EKAL Activities Center is seeking an enthusiastic Lakeside Activities Attendant for the seasonal operation (May 15–October 12). You will assist guests with water sport equipment, lead family-friendly activities, and ensure safety while delivering friendly, high-quality service in a resort setting.

Lakeside Activities Attendant - Do you like to work in shorts & a t-shirt?!

The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked weekly. The EKAL Activities Center is open May 15 - October 12.

The Activities Attendant assists in the day-to-day service operations of the EKAL Activities Center, its programs and activations.

This position requires assisting guests with water sport equipment, ensuring safety at all times, conducting small group activities, such as ice cream social, crafts, etc. Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.

• Assist with the coordination of activity/event calendar with management and staff.
• Works under the Activity Director to schedule games and other in-house activities that reflect the resort's needs.
• Promote participation during each event.
• Responsible for instructions in safety procedures, ensuring waiver forms are filled out.
• Guest Satisfaction – Resolve guest complaints as appropriate to maintain guest satisfaction. Be knowledgeable on hotel facilities, services and the city to assist guests as appropriate. Execute activity calendar for family friendly activities, including food and beverage activations and special events.
• Communication – Maintain a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests and associates. Maintain effective two-way communications that crosses departmental lines. Approach all encounters and actions with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
