Job summary

Eagle Landing is seeking a friendly Recreation Attendant to deliver superior guest service in a hospitality setting at our Florida facility.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate reservations, greet guests, and support daily operations including policy updates, cleaning, and inventory while working weekends.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment in a busy recreation program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and responds accurately to inquiries regarding hours of operation, activity descriptions, event locations and other general information.
• Returns calls left on department voicemail system.
• Processes guest requests by faxing, mailing, or emailing activity information.
• Creates, organizes and manages various reservation books.
• Follows set criteria to ensure proper and consistent reservations
• Prepares daily appointment sheet for each activity.
• Greets and directs facility traffic.
• Performs other duties as required including, but not limited to: staying up-to-date on all facility policies and procedures, facility cleaning and upkeep, maintaining a clean work environment, money handling and inventory.
