SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member in New York. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell upgrades and services, and drive sales while delivering excellent service. You’ll handle inquiries, prepare rental agreements, and contribute to achieving branch targets with energy and a smile.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsabilités

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
