Job summary

SIXT in Boston, MA is seeking customer-focused team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional service. You will manage the fleet, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while learning about our full SIXT product suite.

You’ll upsell upgrades and services, work with a friendly team, and maintain strong knowledge of policies and the rental process. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Must be fluent in English and communicate effectively.
• Flexible, team-oriented, able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Upsell upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries with organization and a service mindset.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
