SIXT in Washington, DC is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our branch. You will assist customers, manage our vehicle fleet, and handle various branch tasks with a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays in a full-time or part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
