SIXT in Coral Gables, FL is hiring for a customer service and sales role at our branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, upsell upgrades and services, and prepare rental agreements while delivering friendly, service-oriented assistance.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, maintain knowledge of our fleet and products, and work flexible hours including weekends. A US driver's license is required and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills.
• You are communicative and articulate in English.
• You are flexible and available for shift work, including weekends and holidays, full-time or part-time.
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
