• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to meet market share goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow the customer base.
• Act as on-call representative based on scheduling when needed.
