Rental Sales Management Trainee – Various U.S. Locations

Job Summary

This fast‑paced program spans 18–24 months (potentially 12) and offers a comprehensive sales, operations, and management experience including inbound sales, outbound solicitation, rental and lease lead generation, and vehicle asset management. Trainees work rotationally, support regional leadership, and receive competitive pay plus OT and benefits.

Essential Functions

• Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation for sales.
• Maintain accurate data in the company marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used‑vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to meet market share goals.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to preserve relationships.

Additional Responsibilities

• Serve as an on‑call representative as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
