Job summary

SixT in New York is seeking a motivated team member to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly service and driving sales at the branch. You will upsell upgrades, protection packages, and add‑on services while handling rental agreements and inquiries with a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Proven upselling and closing skills with targets.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
