Job summary

SIXT is hiring at our US branch where you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You’ll learn our mobility products, manage fleet responsibilities, and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach. This role supports flexible hours and offers strong development opportunities.

You’ll upsell upgrades, handle rental agreements, and strive to meet sales targets while maintaining product knowledge across the SIXT fleet.

Qualifications

• Love for sales with proven upselling and closing skills.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail or service.
• Clear, articulate English communication.
• Flexible, team-oriented and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
