Budget Wichita in Wichita, KS is seeking a sales and rental agent to join our collaborative team. The role includes greeting customers, answering questions about charges, vehicle damages, and directions, and handling vehicle exchanges. Availability is required for full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using standard dialogue.
• Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor.
• Scan returning vehicles back into system.
• Provide computerized receipt to customer.
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed.

Our sales representatives at can earn from $15-$18/HR, or more, after commission.
