Budget Rent a Car in Omaha (116th & Dodge) seeks a Customer Service Representative to close reservations, inspect vehicles, and prepare cars for rental. The role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and weekend availability in a team‑oriented environment.

Greet customers, educate on options, handle vehicle exchanges, and ensure accurate check‑in/out processes. PTO, medical, and 401K benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Professional communication skills.
• Problem resolution experience.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries.
• Perform sales and educate customers on product details.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
• Report damages to on‑duty supervisors.
• Scan returning vehicles back into system.
• Provide computerized receipts to customer.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and pricing.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents when needed.
