The Residential Property Inspector inspects residential properties to identify any potential issues or hazards. The Residential Property Inspector is responsible for examining the physical condition of the property, including but not limited to the mechanical systems, utility systems, as well as the foundation, roof, and overall structure. Once inspections are completed, the Residential Property Inspector will document their findings and provide recommendations for improvements as well as follow through with the recommendations. The Residential Property Inspector is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, gaining customers trust and maintaining the trustworthy customer relationship.
