• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: bachelor or associate degree in business or related field.
• Previous coordinator experience in sales or rental is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for rental and used equipment.
• Schedule deliveries and process invoices.
• Approve and code vendor invoices for payment.
• Order equipment, batteries and chargers for rental fleet.
• Collaborate with management to monitor inventories and asset buying/selling.
