Hogan Transportation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Rental Manager to lead sales and operations of our truck rental product line. You will manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, drive revenue growth, ensure efficient rental operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will pursue new commercial rental accounts, develop sales leads for contractual product lines, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize branch profitability and market share.

Join the Hogan team in Orlando, FL! The Rental Manager (RM) position has responsibility for the sales & operational activities of our commercial truck rental product line, including: business development, account management, customer service, asset management, and the branch’s overall product line performance.

As the Rental Manager, you’ll manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, make decisions and create solutions to maximize product line revenue & profitability performance, create an efficient rental operation, provide outstanding service to our customers, pursue new commercial rental accounts, develop sales leads for new contractual product lines (e.g., full service lease, contract maintenance, etc.), and execute the company’s sales & marketing strategies. Our Rental Managers are exposed to many different sales & operations aspects of our business, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. And, our management team provides positive coaching & mentoring to help develop your skill sets for success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages a fleet of trucks and matches availability with customer requirements and needs.

• Pursues new commercial rental accounts.
• Develops sales leads for new contractual product lines (e.g., full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc.)
• Works with and assists other Hogan sales personnel to maximize branch’s financial performance.
• Executes the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
• Other duties as required.
