Job summary

DPR Construction in Florida is seeking an ISR for Rentals, based in Orlando or Lakeland. The role provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment, serving as a key internal contact to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution.

You will work closely with outside sales, branch leadership, and internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction, leveraging product knowledge and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards.
