Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; secondary education is a plus.
• Clean driving record and license held for at least 2 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as part of physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental fleet operations and bookings.
• Coordinate rental and hotel reservations and guest check-in/out.
• Lead and motivate staff; handle customer inquiries respectfully.
• Ensure high levels of customer experience for renters and guests.
• Maintain proper damage reporting to minimize repairs.
• Schedule shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance with Maintenance Shop.
