Pape’ Material Handling is seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator / Dispatcher for the Southern California region. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating rental, service, and transport to ensure a great rental experience.

What You’ll Do

As our Rental Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests. You will also assist our dispatcher with generating logistics tickets in our rental system, provide transportation quotes, and in his/her absence dispatching transport trucks, ordering transport permits, updating tracker system with transport status and uploading completed shippers, Daily transportation billing. Compensation: $24.94-36.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
