Job summary

Pape' Material Handling, Inc. in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Rental Dispatcher/Coordinator to be the customer’s primary contact for rental, service, and sales inquiries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Rental Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests. You will also assist our dispatcher with generating logistics tickets in our rental system, provide transportation quotes, and in his/her absence dispatching transport trucks, ordering transport permits, updating tracker system with transport status and uploading completed shippers, Daily transportation billing. WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry

• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Compensation: $24.94-36.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
