Pape’ Material Handling, Inc. in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Rental Dispatcher/Coordinator to join its growing team. You will be the primary contact for rental customers, handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a great customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will support dispatch with logistics tickets, quotes, and transport coordination, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating closely with team members to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in.
• Provide outstanding customer service and process orders accurately.
• Record daily activity to ensure timely follow-up on future requests.
• Assist dispatcher with generating logistics tickets in rental system.
• Provide transportation quotes and, in absence of the dispatcher, dispatch transport trucks.
• Update tracker system with transport status and upload completed shippers.
• Daily transportation billing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Rental Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests. You will also assist our dispatcher with generating logistics tickets in our rental system, provide transportation quotes, and in his/her absence dispatching transport trucks, ordering transport permits, updating tracker system with transport status and uploading completed shippers, Daily transportation billing. Compensation: $24.94-36.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
