Budget Avis Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking a motivated, reliable team member to support our Cedar City airport rental operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

As a Car Rental Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will assist customers with reservations, rental agreements, payments, and optional services, while helping prepare vehicles and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or rental-car fields is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with customers in a busy airport environment.
• Able to stay professional and composed in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle reservations and rental agreements.
• Explain rental terms and policies; present upgrades and additional services.
• Handle payments and answer questions professionally.
• Maintain accurate rental records and enter transactions into systems.
• Support vehicle readiness and branch operations as needed.
