Job summary

Harnish Group Inc. is seeking a Rental Technician for the Tukwila, WA branch. You will diagnose and repair Caterpillar, Allied, and Genie aerial equipment, including engines, powertrains, electrical and hydraulic systems, leveraging CAT diagnostic tools.

Strong planning and cost-control skills across multiple projects are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; CAT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CAT products experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Caterpillar, Allied, Genie or aerial equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engines, powertrains, electrical and hydraulic systems; use CAT diagnostic equipment.
• Plan and organize to control job costs across multiple projects.
• Investigate problems and provide recommendations to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with team and complete service orders using internal software.
