Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Dayton, a Midwest Construction store, is seeking team members to transform machines into customer-ready rentals, perform safety inspections, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will coordinate with service, sales and operations to ensure timely readiness for customers. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, teamwork, and a hands-on, high-energy environment with opportunities to learn and grow in the heavy construction

• Organize and maintain equipment across the yard for smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with service, sales and operations to ensure equipment readiness for customers.

What You Will Do:

• Support equipment readiness: transform machines into customer-ready units by cleaning, detailing, and preparing them for rental.
• Perform equipment inspections: perform inbound and outbound checks, ensuring equipment is safe, functional, and ready to perform.
• Ensure quality standards: make sure all outgoing equipment meets high expectations for cleanliness, reliability, and presentation.
• Equipment coordination: organize and maintain equipment across the yard and facility to support a smooth, fast-paced workflow.
• Team collaboration: partner with service, sales, and operations to ensure equipment is ready when customers need it.
