Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Dayton, MN is seeking a dedicated team member to join our heavy equipment team. You will transform machines into customer-ready units by cleaning, detailing, and preparing them for rental, while performing inspections to ensure safety and readiness.

Collaborating with service, sales, and operations, you will help maintain high-quality standards for cleanliness, reliability, and presentation across the yard, supporting a fast-paced workflow and exceptional customer service.

• Ensure quality standards: make sure all outgoing equipment meets high expectations for cleanliness, reliability, and presentation.


• Equipment coordination: organize and maintain equipment across the yard and facility to support a smooth, fast-paced workflow.
