Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Sauk Rapids, MN offers a paid AYF Service Internship focused on basic maintenance, diagnostics, and hands-on repair of heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• Learn side-by-side with a skilled mentor to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment.
• Build technical confidence by documenting machine details and repair work on service orders.
• Own your workspace by keeping it clean, organized, and by taking care of tools and machines.
• Gain foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in heavy equipment service programs.
• Develop strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
