Role Description

The Rental Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonora, CA responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of equipment rentals. This position handles incoming customer inquiries, identifies equipment needs, prepares quotes, and processes rental agreements and invoices. The role includes scheduling deliveries and pickups, coordinating with drivers and the yard team, and tracking equipment availability to maximize utilization. The Rental Coordinator maintains accurate records in the rental management system, follows up on open orders, and supports billing and collections as needed. This position also provides proactive customer service, helping contractors solve jobsite challenges and ensuring a smooth, reliable rental experience.
