The Rental Coordinator assists customers in selecting suitable equipment and manages rental transactions daily, embodying Wagner’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay Rate

$22.00 - $28.50 per hour + quarterly performance incentive + 15% location differential. Pay depends on education and experience.

Essential Functions
  • Invoice Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos
  • Process rental transactions and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain records of rental equipment transfers or sales
  • Apply applicable taxes to invoices
  • Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
  • Assist with rental, credit, and sales document processing
  • Input lost-sales rental data
  • Use DBS for reservations, contracts, transfers, and invoicing
  • Manage overdue contracts and reservations
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment
  • Understand rental inventory and process transactions with customers
  • Assist walk-in customers and provide equipment options and quotes
  • Address customer inquiries related to invoicing and accounts
  • Locate and recommend suitable equipment for customer jobs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (College Degree preferred)
  • Courses in computers, business, or office administration preferred
  • At least 1 year in heavy equipment customer service, plus administrative/clerical experience
