Job summary

Skyworks LLC, a family-owned construction equipment rental company, is seeking a Rental Coordinator at our Sarasota branch to support inside sales and dispatch operations.

You will help customers select the right equipment, coordinate with outside sales, and manage inventory while writing rental contracts and arranging deliveries and pickups. Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are beneficial in serving a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Motivated and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in helping them choose the right piece of equipment.
• Act as a liaison with the outside sales department.
• Control inventory asset management.
• Write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish.
• Dispatch rental deliveries and pickups.
