Job summary

Skyworks LLC is seeking a Rental Coordinator to provide exceptional service to customers and help them select the right equipment. The role supports the outside sales team and ensures orders move from start to finish.

You will manage inventory, write rental contracts, dispatch deliveries and pickups, and collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth, high-energy operation. Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience providing service in rental or construction equipment settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to write or process rental contracts and coordinate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and help them choose the right equipment.

• provide exceptional service to our customers in helping them choose the right piece of equipment for their needs
• act as a liaison with the outside sales department
• control inventory asset management
• write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish
• dispatch rental deliveries and pickup

The ideal candidate is motivated and detail‑oriented. Must be able to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.
