USM ReRents is the leading aerial work platform equipment re-rental company in the United States. We rent straight, articulating & specialty booms (man-lifts), heavy-capacity telehandlers, and spider lifts and compact atrium crawlers to equipment rental yards across the US.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Rental Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:

• Manage customer relationships and establish long-term partnerships.
• Facilitate equipment rental deals from inquiries and outbound calls.
• Confirm equipment advice provided by sales.
• Create rental contracts emphasizing partnership.
• Check fleet availability and optimize utilization.
• Arrange freight and manage logistics.
• Monitor equipment via GPS.
• Obtain inspections and photos from customers.
• Accurately invoice customers.

You will also coordinate with fleet operations, monitor market trends, assist in setting rental rates, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related experience (scheduling, contracting, invoicing, or freight arrangements).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License.

Preferred candidates may have a related degree, more heavy freight experience, or industry background. Skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, customer service, and reading equipment drawings are advantageous.
