As our Rental Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.
$24.94-36.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
