Papé Rents is seeking a Rental Supervisor in Fremont to lead the rental team, manage department processes and costs, and drive excellent customer experiences.

You will supervise staff, organize scheduling, monitor performance, and foster strong relationships with customers and team members. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and hands-on oversight in a dynamic, family-owned environment.

• As our Rental Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all department processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction.
• Additionally, this member will manage expenses/costs associated with rental sales, staff, and repair costs, and be required to organize, prioritise, and schedule the rental team and monitor their performance.

What you’ll do

As our Rental Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all department processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this member will manage expenses/costs associated with rental sales, staff, and repair costs, and be required to organize, prioritize, and schedule the rental team and monitor their performance. Most importantly, you will ensure that our customers have an excellent experience!

Compensation: $75,000-$104,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
