Description
Essential Functions:
- Create and monitor rental contracts, make changes as required, manage invoicing, close contracts, verify accuracy, and manage completed signatures. Verify customer account and insurance status.

Qualifications
- Team player and have ability to work independently, have strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills and be an energetic self starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout organization
- Knowledge in Excel and Word Software emphasis on accounting or equivalent education or experience.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to professionally interact with fellow employees, sales representatives, management and customers.
- Be able to work outdoors, be physically capable of climbing on machines and some operation.
