A leading company in the rental equipment industry is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage billing, customer service, and administrative support for their rental store. The position requires two years of experience in rental or sales billing, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle various clerical duties while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position is responsible for billing all rental sales, tracking rental/used equipment locations and availability, handling customer rental needs, answering rental invoice questions and providing administrative support for the Rental Store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Processes all construction division rental billings for Caterpillar and allied products.
Works with Credit Department on past due invoices and any invoices in question.
Verifies and maintains rental contract files via DocuSign and/or WebExtender.
Processes all A/P invoices and POs for Allied sales, some CAT machines, trailers sales and titles.
Occasionally assists with branch coverage when branch rental specialists are not available.
Processes and logs all certificates of insurance for rental equipment.
Process cash customer payments with credit cards or CAT card as needed.
Performs assorted clerical duties such as mail distribution, copying, faxing, answering telephones, filing, and typing miscellaneous labels and envelopes.
Assists in the training of new employees.
Main POC for CAT Rental portal including setting up new accounts, managing incoming leads and customer requests.
Invoices Non-CAT new sales items, such as pumps, tamps and aerial equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Work Experience:
Two years of experience with rental/sales billing, inventory processing and customer service;
Physical:
Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods of time
Other:
PC literate in Microsoft Office;
