Job summary

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a dependable Supervisor to oversee our rental car operation at MSP International Airport. In this leadership role, you will supervise employees on your shift, ensure safety and productivity, and coach team members to deliver high-quality service.

The role is full-time, on-site at ACE Rent A Car, with weekly pay at $24.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within a national company. Must be 21+, have a valid license, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor employees scheduled during your shift.
• Keep team members productive, engaged, and on task.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor productivity goals and ensure performance standards are met.
• Complete required productivity reports and operational paperwork.
• Train, coach, and mentor new employees.
• Assist management with daily operational needs and provide coverage when needed.
• Support Drivers/Transporters, Leads, and Vehicle Service Associates as necessary.
• Help ensure staffing and customer needs are met throughout the shift.

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a dependable and motivated Supervisor to support our rental car operation at MSP International Airport.

In this leadership position, you will oversee employees during your assigned shift, maintain productivity and safety standards, coach team members, and help ensure our rental car partner receives dependable, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Airport, transportation, rental car, logistics, or operations experience is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
