Job summary

Graff Chevrolet Durand is seeking a dedicated Fleet/Rental Coordinator to manage a fleet of 20+ rental vehicles. You will monitor the fleet with our computer system, check vehicles in/out daily, ensure cleanliness, fueling, and readiness for customers, and schedule service appointments.

You will also handle inbound/outbound service calls and collaborate with Service and BDC Managers to improve service lane retention.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work hard and have fun!
• Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
• Candidate must be organized and detail oriented.
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally responsible for a fleet of 20+ rental vehicles.
• Utilize a computer system to monitor the fleet.
• Check vehicles in and out on a daily basis.
• Make sure vehicles are cleaned, fueled and available for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls daily.
• Work with Service and BDC Managers on service lane retention.
