LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Rental Car Coordinator to join a growing, community‑minded team. You will assist customers with rentals, identify suitable products, reserve, rent, or return items, and keep accurate records of reservations and transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend products.
• Answer inquiries on options, availability, and rental costs.
• Reserve items and maintain reservation records.
• Process forms and proof of insurance as needed.
• Explain rental policies and obtain signatures.
• Explain proper use and care of rented products.
• Record orders and collect deposits and fees.
• Retrieve items, assist loading, and restock returned products.
• Inspect returns for cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Tag items needing repair or restock.
