LaFontaine Automotive Group in Michigan is seeking an Automotive Rental Car Coordinator to assist customers with rentals, manage the daily rental fleet, and ensure accurate contracts, billing, and insurance paperwork. This role requires strong customer service and organization to keep operations smooth.

You will work closely with sales and service teams, handle reservations, explain rental policies, and maintain records of deposits and payments while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage our daily rental fleet and reservations.
• Consults with customers to understand their needs; recommends appropriate products.
• Answers inquiries regarding product options, availability, cost, and lengths of rentals.
• Handle contracts, billing, and insurance documentation
• Reserves items and maintains records of reservations.
