Job summary

Fabick Cat, a Caterpillar equipment dealer, seeks a store leader to direct all activities of a single branch and oversee P&L. You will set sales/profitability goals, manage fleet levels, lead branch employees, and drive a strong safety culture.

You will establish systems to control expenses, recruit and develop staff, and coordinate sales training and market strategies to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful business management experience at a branch or other profit center with P&L responsibility.
• Five+ years of experience in business or operational management with progressive scope.
• Minimum of three years of retail/store management experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience with proven sales and customer service success.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook and the use of computer applications.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driver record.

Responsibilities

• Coaching/mentoring branch personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent English.
• Knowledge of business accounting principles and budgeting.
• Deliver presentations before small and large groups.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Drive business development and KPIs to meet targets.
• Support understanding of construction equipment and the rental industry.
• Collaborate with all levels of personnel within the organization.
