Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Rental Branch Manager in Fenton, MO to direct all activities of a single store, manage P&L, and establish sales and profitability goals in coordination with the Regional Rental Manager. You will lead branch staff, control expenses, and drive a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include safety audits, training, staffing, sales strategy, market analysis, pricing, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful branch or profit center management with P&L responsibility preferred.
• 5+ years in business or operational management with progressive responsibilities preferred.
• 3+ years of retail/store management in construction equipment rental preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience with sales and customer service success.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong leadership, motivation, organization, and communication skills.
• MS Office, Excel, Outlook proficiency and computer usage.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coaching/mentoring branch personnel.
