Fabick Cat seeks a Branch Manager to direct all activities at a store location, owning P&L and leading branch staff to achieve sales and service goals. You will collaborate with the Regional Rental Manager to set profitability targets, manage fleet levels, and foster a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, implementing sales strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving customer-focused service while optimizing market share and financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of branch management with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• 3+ years retail/store management in equipment rental is preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and meeting sales/customer targets.
