New Hampshire Housing is hiring a Rental Assistance Manager in New Hampshire. You will guide and support program participants, determine eligibility, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations while promoting stable housing access.
You will administer Housing Assistance Payments totaling roughly $5 million annually and oversee a suite of rental programs (HCV, PBV, Mainstream, VASH, and more), delivering high-quality service and collaboration with partners.

We’re hiring a full-time Rental Assistance Manager for our Assisted Housing Division.
As a Rental Assistance Manager, you’ll be a key contributor to programs that advance our mission and strengthen housing stability across New Hampshire. In this role, you will:
To support onboarding and training, the first six months of employment will be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.

Starting Pay: $57,000 - $70,000, dependent on relevant experience
