Job summary

Skyworks LLC in Fort Myers is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support inside sales and dispatching for our construction equipment fleet. You will assist customers in selecting the right equipment and coordinate orders from start to finish.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and good communication with the outside sales team. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental or sales environments preferred.
• Ability to write rental contracts and manage orders from start to finish.
• Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.

The Rental Coordinator will:

• provide exceptional service to our customers in helping them choose the right piece of equipment for their needs
• act as a liaison with the outside sales department
• control inventory asset management
• write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish
• dispatch rental deliveries and pickup

Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial. The ideal candidate is motivated and detail-oriented. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment. Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.
