Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is hiring an entry-level Delivery Associate to drive a company truck, deliver and install furniture and appliances, and ensure excellent customer service in customers' homes. No experience is required as training is provided.

You will also assist with payments, store duties between deliveries, and possibly contribute to social media content. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items and do so safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries; training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
