Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center in Jesup, GA is hiring for an entry-level delivery and customer service role. You will drive the company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, set up items in customers' homes, and assist in-store tasks.

Full training is provided, and there’s room to grow into management with tenure. The position emphasizes reliability, safe driving, clear communication, and a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items and move them safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Assist in the store and help with assembly as needed.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content to support company initiatives.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
