Impact RTO Holdings, the Rent-A-Center franchise leader, is hiring an entry-level delivery driver in Rock Hill. No experience required; we provide training and a clear path into management.

You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture, assist in-store tasks, and support customers while building a reliable on-the-road routine. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.

• Occasionally assist in creating social media and marketing content to support initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.

What You'll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You'll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers' homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You'll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized

Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
