Impact RTO Holdings in Garner, NC, is hiring for an entry-level delivery driver with no experience required. You’ll drive a company truck, deliver and pick up furniture, assemble items in homes, and assist customers in-store.

Training is provided, with opportunities to move into management over time. We offer competitive pay ($17.25–$18.50/hr), monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and a 401(k).

• Collect payments when needed and keep the truck organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries and participate in training.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
