Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is hiring for an entry-level delivery and customer service role in Tennessee. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, loading items and assisting in homes and in-store tasks.

No experience is required; training is provided and there is a clear path into management. The position offers a 5‑day work week with Sundays off, paid time off, health benefits, a 401(k), and a company discount on merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
