• Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of sales representatives; may be grouped by channel or market.
• Define sales processes and develop efficient strategies driving desired outcomes.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for growth and revenue.
• Spend time in the field with customers to resolve escalated issues.
• Develop sales processes to increase market share in the territory.
• Coach and develop direct reports; review performance for career growth.
